CARNIVAL 2013
This was a very special Carnival. There were less costumes than usual (crisis in Europe) and the weather was very strange. During 36 hours (from Sunday night to Tuesday morning (10 to 12 of February.) we experienced: sunshine, rain, snow, thunder, lightning, lots of wind, fog and finally to crown it all “Aqua Alta” in the night of 11/12 February up to 1.4 metres However, I was still able to take many photos of Venice and its Carnival
LOULOU
This year I took pictures of Loulou in three different costumes. They were so completely different that it was difficult to recognize her!
BURANO
Some years, I go to Burano during the Carnival time, especially, Saturday or Sunday when there are too many people in Venice. This year the weather was beautiful and I found lots of new places to take pictures.
